"Ended up staying way longer then planned"
We figured we’d just hop on ripleys.com for maybe an hour or so, but nope, we ended up poking around for close to 3 hours. There was more stuff to check out then I expected, and we kept clicking around before our visit.
The site was easy to use and I didn’t really get lost or confused, which is always nice. Found what we needed quick enough and it helped us plan the trip better, so yea 5 stars from me.

"Fun site for odd facts, just wish some went deeper"
I use ripleys.com a lot when I’m in the mood for random facts or weird little bits of history. It’s just fun to click around, and the articles are easy to get through without feeling like homework. Some of them actually have more background than I expected, which was a nice surprise.
The only thing is, every now and then a topic feels a little short, like just when I’m getting interested, it kind of ends. I’d love to see more sources or more details on some of the stories. Still, it’s a fun site, fun and educational, and I keep coming back to it.

"I checked ripleys.com before heading over, and..."
I checked ripleys.com before heading over, and the opening hours were totally accurate, which was such a relief. No guessing, no wasted trip, just showed up knowing it was open. The site was super easy to pull up on my phone too. It’s a small thing, but it made the whole visit feel way less stressful!
"The place was mostly clean, but…"
The place was mostly clean, but some areas looked worn down. The bathrooms also felt like they needed to be checked more often. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but for what I paid, I expected the upkeep to be a lot better. I kind of feel stupid for trusting that it would be nicer based on the price

"Pretty average snack selection"
The snacks were just okay for me. Compared to other places I’ve been, the food options felt a bit limited, so I didn’t have much to choose from. The drinks were fine, but they were definitely on the pricey side

"Fun for Photos, Even with the Crowds"
I mainly went for the quirky exhibits and ended up taking way more photos than I expected. There were definitely a few crowded spots, so it wasn’t always easy to get a clean shot right away. But to be fair, the photo opportunities are really fun and worth waiting a bit for if that’s what you’re there for.

"Really fun, really easy night out"
We went to one of their special events after finding it on ripleys.com, it was a really fun night. Everything was easy to find, the staff were super nice, and the whole thing felt organized without being too strict or boring. My kids were excited the whole time, like seriously excited, excited. I’d definitely go again if they do another one near us.

"Cool to see once, but a lot felt repeated"
Ripley's Believe It Or Not was interesting and definitely had some weird exhibits that made me stop and stare for a bit. The strange animals, odd facts, and random human body displays were fun to walk through. But some sections felt really repetitive, like I kept seeing the same kind of thing over and over. A few exhibits also felt like stuff I’d already seen online, so it didn’t always feel that surprising. It was still worth checking out if you’ve never been before, but just don’t expect every single thing to be amazing. Some parts were cool, some parts dragged, and some parts just felt repeated again

"I checked the times and ticket stuff..."
I checked the times and ticket stuff before we left. Just to be sure. And yeah, it all matched when we got there. No surprises, no weird mix-ups. Made the whole planning part way easier than I expected

"It worked, but the site was a bit slow"
To be fair, it did what I needed it to do, so I can’t really complain too much. The main issue was that the site lagged a bit while I was using it, which made the experience feel slower than expected.

"Bathrooms were a little tricky to find"
They do have restrooms available, which was nice. Just wish the signs were a bit clearer because it took me a minute to figure out where they were.

"I had to wait way too long, so…"
I had to wait way too long, so the whole experience ended up feeling frustrating. If the wait had been shorter, I probably would’ve felt a lot better about it.

"Good Support, Even Though I Was Stressed"
I had to cancel our booking at the last minute, which was frustrating and a bit stressful since I wasn’t sure how the refund would go. Thankfully, they replied faster than I expected and the money came back without any hassle. I was disappointed we couldn’t keep the booking, but I really appreciated how simple they made the cancellation process.

"Pretty fun to click around"
I had a good time on Ripley's Believe It Or Not, honestly. The interactive stuff was fun and wasn’t, like, confusing or boring to use. The pages loaded fine for me, and I liked being able to just click around and check out different things. It made the whole visit feel more interesting than just reading a bunch of stuff. I’d probably use it again for sure.

"We went to Ripley’s and they snapped..."
We went to Ripley’s and they snapped our photo right at the start. it turned out cute and I’m glad we have it, but the price caught me off guard a bit. I guess that’s partly on me for not asking sooner, but it still felt a little steep for one picture.
The staff was nice and didn’t pressure us too hard, which I appreciated. I just wish they had a cheaper option or maybe included a digital copy, because then it would’ve felt a lot more worth it.

"Fun souvenirs, but felt a bit overpriced"
I ordered a few things from the Ripley’s gift shop for my kids after our trip, mostly because they kept talking about it and I figured it would be a fun little surprise. The mugs and oddity toys were cute and pretty much looked like the photos online, so no complaints there. Shipping was fine, though not exactly quick, and one of the boxes showed up with a small dent. Not the end of the world, but still annoying when you’re paying gift shop prices. it kind of felt like they know people are buying this stuff for the memories and can get away with charging a little more. If your family likes Ripley’s, it’s fun enough, just don’t expect anything super high quality...

"Cool Content, but the Website Was a Struggle"
I genuinely like Ripley’s stuff, but wow, using the website felt like an unnecessary adventure through chaos. Keyboard navigation was clunky, and with my screen reader, some buttons and menus were just not clear at all. A few pages had text and images that were hard to make sense of, and the contrast in certain spots made things even more frustrating. I did eventually find what I needed, but it took way longer than it should have. The content is really interesting, so I seriously hope they improve the accessibility soon.
"Parking was kind of a hassle"
Went to Ripley’s parking was just okay. We did end up finding a spot close by, but it took a little longer than I thought it would, and yeah, it wasn’t exactly cheap either. Not a huge deal or anything, but I’d definitely give yourself a little extra time and plan for it before you go

"Easy family day out, honestly"
We used Ripley's Believe It Or Not to plan a day out with the family, it was really easy. I know some people might say these kinds of places are hit or miss, but we had a good time. The kids were totally into all the weird exhibits, and there was enough going on that nobody got bored. It also didn’t feel overly crowded or stressful, which I definitely appreciated. If you need something fun that works for different ages, I’d say it’s a solid option.

"Such a Fun Memory With My Kids"
I took my kids to Ripley’s, it’s one of those little outings I know I’ll remember. From the moment we walked in, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. One guy even helped us figure out where to go next and joked around with us a bit, which made the kids laugh and instantly made everything feel more relaxed. It wasn’t just the exhibits that made the visit fun, it was the way the staff made the day feel easy, happy, and special.
